    Headline: 
    Severe Tropical Cyclone Fina, category 3, is moving slowly near the northeast Kimberley coast near Berkeley River Mouth causing very destructive winds and heavy rain. Expected to move slowly inland and weaken during Tuesday.
    
    Areas Affected: 
    Warning zone: NT/WA Border to east of Kalumburu.

    Details of Severe Tropical Cyclone Fina 02U at 8:00 pm AWST:
    Intensity: Category 3, sustained winds near the centre of 155 kilometres per hour with wind gusts to 220 kilometres per hour.
     Location: within 20 kilometres of 14.4 degrees South 127.8 degrees East, estimated to be 15 kilometres east northeast of Berkeley River Mouth and 130 kilometres east of Kalumburu.
     Movement: slow moving.
     Severe Tropical Cyclone Fina is slow moving near the northeast Kimberley coast near Berkeley River Mouth. Fina is expected to move slowly over land and weaken during Tuesday.
    
    Hazards:
    VERY DESTRUCTIVE WIND GUSTS to 220 km/h are occurring in the Berkeley River Mouth region and should continue tonight before easing early Tuesday morning. DESTRUCTIVE WIND GUSTS to 155 km/h are occurring between King George River Mouth and southeast of Berkeley River Mouth. These conditions are expected to ease Tuesday morning. GALES with DAMAGING WIND GUSTS to 120 km/h are occurring along the coast between King George River Mouth and the WA/NT Border, extending to inland areas east of Kalumburu. These conditions are expected to ease during Tuesday as Fina moves further inland.0 HEAVY to LOCALLY INTENSE RAINFALL, which may lead to FLASH FLOODING, is occurring on the northeast Kimberley coast and is expected to ease later on Tuesday. Coastal residents between King George River Mouth and the WA/NT Border may see tides rise above the normal high tide mark. LARGE WAVES may produce MINOR FLOODING of low-lying coastal areas.
