Coastal Waters Wind Warning
for southeastern Tasmanian coastal waters.
Issued at 8:50 pm EST on Thursday 29 July 2010

Synoptic Situation
A trough crossing Tasmania is expected to move away to the southeast tonight.

CANCELLED Strong Wind Warning
For the Southeast Coast, Tasman Island to South East Cape
Winds speeds over 25 knots are no longer expected.



Please be aware
Wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the averages given here,
and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.
