MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT ST ANNS FROM LATE TUESDAY
Moderate rainfall during last week over parts of the Belyando and Suttor River catchments caused river level rises in the upper catchment. As flows arrive from upstream, minor flooding is possible along the Suttor River at St Anns from late Tuesday.
Belyando and Suttor Rivers to Burdekin Falls Dam:
Minor flooding is possible along the Suttor River.
The Suttor River at St Anns is currently at 3.12 m and slowly rising, below the minor flood level.
The Suttor River at St Anns may exceed the minor flood level (4.00 m) from late Tuesday. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive.
Flood Safety Advice:
Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.

FLOOD LEVELS GENERALLY EASING ALONG THE MULGRAVE AND RUSSELL RIVERS
Heavy rainfall since Saturday evening has caused rapid river level rises across the Mulgrave and Russell Rivers catchment, which are now easing. River levels are elevated and minor flooding is occurring along the Mulgrave River at The Fisheries and along the Russell River at Clyde Road. Minor flooding has eased along the Mulgrave River at Peets Bridge and Gordonvale.
Further rainfall is forecast later this week, which may cause renewed river level rises. The situation is being closely monitored, and this warning will be updated as required.
Mulgrave River:
River levels are easing along the Mulgrave River. Minor flooding is currently occurring at The Fisheries.
The Mulgrave River at Peets Bridge is currently at 3.57 m and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Mulgrave River at Peets Bridge is likely to remain below the minor flood level (5.00 m).
The Mulgrave River at Gordonvale peaked at 13.24 m around 08:30 am Sunday, with minor flooding. The river is currently at 9.70 m and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Mulgrave River at Gordonvale is likely to remain below the minor flood level (12.00 m).
Russell River:
River levels are elevated along the Russell River, with minor flooding occurring at Clyde Rd.

Minor flooding has eased along the Herbert River at Gleneagle.
Rainfall is forecast later this week, which may result in renewed river level rises. This warning will be issued as required.

Flooding has eased along the Herbert River to Nash's Crossing.
No observations are currently available for the Herbert River at Gleneagle Homestead. Based on the nearby automatic gauge, it is estimated that the river level at Gleneagle Homestead is currently below the minor flood level and falling.
The Herbert River at Gleneagle Homestead is likely to remain below the minor flood level (4.50 m).

FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED AT KAMERUNGA BRIDGE
Moderate to heavy rainfall in the Barron River catchment over the weekend caused creek and river level rises. The Barron River at Kamerunga Bridge peaked slightly below the minor flood level Sunday afternoon.
Further rainfall is forecast later this week which may cause renewed river level rises. The situation is being closely monitored and warnings will be issued as required.
Barron River downstream of Barron Falls:
Flooding is no longer expected at Kamerunga Bridge.
The Barron River at Kamerunga Bridge is currently at 2.31 m AHD and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Barron River at Kamerunga Bridge is expected to remain below the minor flood level (5.00 m AHD).

The Daintree River at Daintree Village fell below the moderate flood level Sunday evening, with minor flooding continuing. River levels are currently elevated along the Bloomfield River at China Camp.
Further rainfall is forecast later this week, which may cause renewed river level rises. The situation is being closely monitored, and this warning will be updated as required.
Daintree River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Daintree River at Daintree Village. River levels are currently elevated along the Bloomfield River.
The Daintree River at Daintree Village peaked at 7.25 m around 01:15 pm Sunday 15 March, with moderate flooding. The river is currently at 4.55 m and falling, with minor flooding.
The Daintree River at Daintree Village may fall below the minor flood level (4.00 m) Monday afternoon.
Mossman River:
River levels are currently elevated along the Mossman River.
