Weather Situation
a trough through central queensland has been driving slow-moving shower and thunderstorm activity, combined with a very humid airmass.
cancellation of severe weather warning for the following areas:
Central Highlands and Coalfields, Capricornia, Wide Bay and Burnett, Maranoa and Warrego and Darling Downs and Granite Belt
This warning is now cancelled.
Rainfall has eased below warning thresholds this morning south of Woorabinda.

49 mm was recorded at Springdale in 1 hour to 11:26 pm.
85 mm was recorded at Mingo Creek in the 3 hours to 8:29 pm.
81 mm was recorded at Windamere in the 3 hours to 8:18 pm.
95 mm was recorded at Didcott in the 3 hours to 7:42 pm.
90 mm was recorded at Old Range Rd (near Dallarnil) in 3 hours to 7:42 pm.
102 mm was recorded at Mt Goonaneman in the 3 hours to 7:33 pm.
Emergency services advise people to:
* Never drive, walk, play or ride through floodwater. It is dangerous.
* Stay away from storm water drains.
* Stay away from fallen powerlines.
* Drive slowly and never drive through floodwaters. If the road is flooded or damaged, go another way.

No further warnings will be issued for this event.
