MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT PACIFIC HAVEN AND HOWARD
Moderate to heavy rainfall across the Burrum and Cherwell River catchments since Sunday has resulted in river and creek level rises across the catchments. Heavy rainfall has since eased.
A major flood peak was observed along the Cherwell River at Pacific Haven overnight Monday into Tuesday. River levels fell below the major and moderate flood levels Tuesday morning, with minor flooding now occurring.
River levels along the Burrum River at Howard peaked early Tuesday morning with minor flooding. Minor flooding is slowing easing.
No further significant rainfall is expected over the next few days.
Burrum and Cherwell Rivers:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Cherwell River at Pacific Haven and along the Burrum River at Howard.
The Burrum River at Howard peaked at 7.71 m around 02:15 am Tuesday, with minor flooding. The river is currently at 6.91 m and falling, with minor flooding.
The Burrum River at Howard is likely to fall below the minor flood level (6.00 m) overnight Tuesday into Wednesday.
The Cherwell River at Pacific Haven peaked at 3.69 m around 01:30 am Tuesday, with major flooding. The river is currently at 2.79 m and falling, with minor flooding.
The Cherwell River at Pacific Haven is likely to fall below the minor flood level (2.50 m) Tuesday afternoon.
Isis, Gregory and Elliott Rivers:
Moderate flooding is continuing along the Gregory and Elliott Rivers.

MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT MARYBOROUGH
Heavy to locally intense rainfall has been observed across the Mary River catchment since Friday evening, with rainfall easing since Monday evening.
Widespread minor to major flooding is being observed at multiple locations throughout the catchment with major flooding occurring at Tiaro. At Miva and Gympie moderate flooding is occurring, with river levels approaching a moderate flood peak at Gympie. A minor flood peak is likely at Maryborough Tuesday evening. Along Munna Creek further rises have been observed since early Tuesday morning which may contribute to small rises downstream at Tiaro and Maryborough, however significant rises are not expected.
No significant rainfall is forecast over the next few days. The situation is being closely monitored, and this warning will be updated as required.

Moderate flooding is occurring at Gympie and minor at Dagun Pocket.
No observations are currently available for the Mary River at Dagun Pocket. The river level is estimated to be above the minor flood level.

The Mary River at Gympie is currently at 12.51 m and rising, with moderate flooding.

Heavy rainfall across the Kolan, Boyne and Calliope Rivers and Baffle Creek catchments over the last few days has resulted in significant river and creek level rises.
Moderate flooding is occurring along the Baffle Creek at Essendean Bridge. Renewed rises are expected from Tuesday afternoon and the river level may peak close to the major flood level from late Tuesday afternoon. Minor flooding is easing slowly along the Kolan River at Bucca Weir.
Elevated river levels along the Boyne and Calliope Rivers are generally easing.
No further significant rainfall is expected over the next few days. This situation is being monitored, and this warning will be updated as required. A Flood Watch remains in place for parts of Queensland.

Moderate to heavy rainfall was recorded across the Upper Brisbane and Stanley catchments during Sunday and into Monday. A moderate flood peak was observed late Monday evening along the Upper Brisbane River at Gregor Creek, and a near moderate peak was observed along the Stanley River at Woodford around the same time.
No significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days and river levels will continue to ease into Wednesday.

Moderate to locally intense rainfall has been observed across parts of the Fitzroy River catchment over the last few days. This has resulted in rapid river and creek level rises particularly across parts of the Dawson, Comet and Nogoa River catchments.
Major flooding is occurring along the Callide Creek. Major flooding is occurring along the Dawson River at Baralaba and is possible at Theodore Weir. Moderate flooding is possible at Taroom and Moura from Tuesday morning. Moderate flooding is likely along the Isaac River, and elevated river levels are occurring across the Nogoa and Comet River catchments.
A Flood Watch is current for most of Queensland.
Dawson River to Theodore:
Major flooding is possible at Theodore Weir. Moderate flooding is possible at Taroom. Moderate flooding is occurring at Windamere, Chilgerrie Hill and Gyranda Weir.
The Dawson River at Taroom is currently at 4.60 m and rising, with minor flooding.
The Dawson River at Taroom may exceed the moderate flood level (6.00 m) Tuesday afternoon. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive.
The Dawson River at Theodore Weir is currently at 11.31 m and rising, with moderate flooding.
The Dawson River at Theodore Weir may reach around the major flood level (12.00 m) Tuesday morning.
Dawson River downstream of Theodore:
Major flooding is occurring at Baralaba, Redcliffe, Karamea and Beckers.
No observations are currently available for the Dawson River at Moura. Based on the nearby automatic gauge the river level is estimated to be above the minor flood level (6.00 m) and rising.
The Dawson River at Moura may exceed the moderate flood level (11.00 m) overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. Further rises are possible as upstream flows arrive.
No observations are currently available for the Dawson River at Baralaba. However, based on the nearby gauge the river level at Baralaba is expected to be above the major flood level (9.00 m) and rising.
The Dawson River at Baralaba may reach around 12.50 m overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, with major flooding. Further rises are likely later in the week as upstream flows from the upper Dawson River arrive.
Don and Dee Rivers:
Major flooding is occurring at Jambin.

Moderate to heavy rainfall is forecast for the remainder of Monday and into Tuesday over the Maroochy and Noosa River catchments which is likely to cause river level rises and minor flooding across the catchment.
A Flood Watch for most of Queensland is current. A Severe Weather Warning for heavy, locally intense rainfall and damaging winds is current.

Minor flooding may occur along the Noosa River at Tewantin.
The Noosa River at Tewantin is currently at 0.92 m and steady, below the minor flood level.
The Noosa River at Tewantin may exceed the minor flood level (1.00 m) Monday evening on the high tide. The river may remain around the minor flood level (1.00 m) for the next few days.
Mooloolah River:

MAJOR FLOODING EXPECTED TO BE OCCURRING AT DUNOLLIE AND BRIAN PASTURES, AND POSSIBLE AT MUNDUBBERA, GAYNDAH, STONELANDS AND WALLA FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON
MODERATE FLOODING POSSIBLE AT EIDSVOLD BRIDGE FROM OVERNIGHT MONDAY
Heavy rainfall has been recorded over the Burnett River catchment since Friday morning, with further heavy rainfall forecast for the remainder of Monday. This has caused significant river and creek level rises along the Burnett River and tributaries, where moderate to major flooding is possible at multiple locations, including moderate flooding possible at Bundaberg. Further river level rises are possible.
The situation is being monitored closely and this warning will be updated as required.
A Flood Watch is current for most of Queensland. A Severe Weather Warning for heavy rainfall is current.
Burnett River to Mundubbera:
Major flooding is possible at Mundubbera, and moderate flooding is possible at Eidsvold Bridge.
