FLOODING HAS EASED AT MUNGINDI
Minor flooding has eased along the Barwon River at Mungindi.
The flood peak along the Barwon River has passed Mogil Mogil and Collarenebri where river levels peaked below the minor flood level.
At this stage, the observed flood peaks are likely to cause river level rises downstream, but no flooding is expected.
The situation will be closely monitored and warnings will be issued if required.

Barwon River Mungindi to Collarenebri:
Minor flooding eased along the Barwon River Mungindi to Collarenebri.
The Barwon River at Mungindi is currently at 3.90 metres and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Barwon River at Mungindi is expected to remain below the minor flood level (6.10 m).
