Warning to Sheep Graziers for the following areas:
North East and East Gippsland forecast districts
Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, showers and southerly winds are expected during Thursday and Friday. Areas likely to be affected include parts of the North East and East Gippsland forecast districts. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
Cancellation for the following areas:
North Central,Central

The next warning will be issued by 11:00 am EST Thursday.

Abnormally High Tides for Victoria have eased

Weather Situation
A deep low-pressure system in the Tasman Sea, that was generating strong to gale-force west to southwesterly winds, leading to elevated sea levels across central and eastern parts of the state has started to move east, easing conditions across Victoria.

This warning is now cancelled. Other warnings may be current. Please check www.bom.gov.au/warnings/.


The Victoria State Emergency Service and Life Saving Victoria advise that people should be aware of the following:
* Stay informed - monitor weather warnings and forecasts at the Bureau of Meteorology website, and warnings through VicEmergency app, website and hotline (1800 226 226).

No further warnings will be issued for this event.
Warnings are also available through TV and Radio broadcasts, the Bureau's website at www.bom.gov.au or call 1300 659 210. The Bureau and State Emergency Service would appreciate warnings being broadcast regularly.
