FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED ALONG THE NORTH ESK RIVER
Moderate rainfall totals have resulted in river level rises across the North Esk River catchment, however flooding is no longer expected.
Strong and dangerous flows will be a hazard for the next few days.

Lower North Esk River around Corra Linn:
Flooding is no longer expected along the Lower North Esk River
The North Esk River at Corra Linn is currently at 2.62 m and steady, below the minor flood level.
The North Esk River at Corra Linn is expected to remain below the minor flood level (2.70 m).

Minor Flood Warning For The South Esk River

MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT FINGAL, LEWIS HILL AND LLEWELLYN FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING WITH FORECAST RAINFALL
Moderate to locally heavy rainfall is forecast across the South Esk catchment from Wednesday into Thursday. The catchment is wet following recent rainfall and river level rises are expected.
Minor flooding is possible along the St Pauls River at Lewis Hill from Wednesday evening.
Minor flooding is possible along the South Esk River at Fingal and Llewellyn from Thursday morning.
The situation is being closely monitored, and this warning will be updated as required.

St Pauls River:
Minor flooding is possible along the St Pauls River.
The St Pauls River at Lewis Hill is currently at 0.32 m and steady, below the minor flood level.
The St Pauls River at Lewis Hill may reach around the minor flood level (1.70 m) Wednesday evening. Further rises are possible with forecast rain.

South Esk River - Fingal to Llewellyn:
Minor flooding is possible along the South Esk River.
The South Esk River at Fingal is currently at 2.08 m and steady, below the minor flood level.
The South Esk River at Fingal may reach around the minor flood level (4.00 m) early Thursday morning. Further rises are possible with forecast rain.

The South Esk River at Llewellyn is currently at 1.64 m and steady, below the minor flood level.
The South Esk River at Llewellyn may reach around the minor flood level (4.00 m) Thursday evening. Further rises are possible with forecast rain.
