Bush walkers are advised that snow to 700 metres is expected during Monday, gradually lowering to around 400 metres by Tuesday morning. These hazardous conditions are expected to occur in the Western and Central Plateau forecast districts.
The next warning will be issued by 11:00 pm EDT Sunday.
