Final Flood Warning For The Bulloo River

FLOODING NO LONGER OCCURRING AT THARGOMINDAH
Following a minor peak on Saturday, river levels fell below the minor flood level along the Bulloo River at Thargomindah during Monday night.
Further showers are forecast during the next few days, but are not expected to cause further flooding.
Bulloo River downstream of Quilpie:
Flooding is no longer occurring along the Bulloo River at Thargomindah.
The Bulloo River at Thargomindah is currently at 3.43 m and falling, below the minor flood level.
The Bulloo River at Thargomindah is expected to remain below the minor flood level (4.00 m).

Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.
Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
