RIVER LEVELS LIKELY TO FALL BELOW THE MINOR FLOOD LEVEL AT MUNGINDI WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
Minor flooding is easing along the Barwon River at Mungindi as floodwaters which have arrived from the Weir River (QLD) and Macintyre River continue to move downstream.
The flood peak along the Barwon River has passed Mungindi where minor flooding is likely to ease on Wednesday afternoon. This peak, combined with floodwaters from the Macintyre River, may cause prolonged elevated river levels downstream of Mungindi for the coming days.
Barwon River Mungindi to Collarenebri:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Barwon River Mungindi to Collarenebri.
The Barwon River at Mungindi peaked at 6.96 metres around 03:00 am Saturday 20 April and is currently at 6.17 metres and falling, with minor flooding.
The Barwon River at Mungindi is likely to fall below the minor flood level (6.10 m) Wednesday afternoon.
The Barwon River at Mogil Mogil is currently steady around a peak of 7.15 metres, below the minor flood level (7.50 m).

MINOR FLOODING LIKELY ALONG THE BOKHARA AND BIRRIE RIVERS AT GOODOOGA FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
FLOODING HAS EASED ALONG THE NARRAN RIVER AT ANGLEDOOL
Floodwaters from the Culgoa and Balonne Rivers in Queensland are moving into New South Wales. River level rises are being observed along the Bokhara and Birrie Rivers.
Minor flooding is likely along the Bokhara River at Goodooga on Wednesday afternoon, with a minor peak possible on Thursday. A peak near the minor flood level is possible along the Birrie River at Goodooga during Thursday.
Flooding has eased along the Narran River at Angledool.
No significant rainfall has been observed since last Thursday and no significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days.
Birrie River:
Minor flooding may occur along the Birrie River.
The Birrie River at Goodooga may peak near the minor flood level during Thursday.
Bokhara River:
Minor flooding is likely along the Bokhara River.
The Bokhara River at Goodooga is likely to reach the minor flood level (2.70 m) Wednesday afternoon. The river level may peak near 2.80 metres during Thursday, with minor flooding.
Narran River:
Flooding has eased along the Narran River.
The Narran River at New Angledool No 2 is currently at 3.26 metres and steady, below the minor flood level.

MINOR FLOODING ESTIMATED TO BE OCCURRING AT ENNGONIA
MODERATE FLOODING LIKELY AT FORDS BRIDGE BYWASH FROM FRIDAY, WITH A MODERATE FLOOD PEAK POSSIBLE NEXT WEEK
Floodwaters from the upper reaches of the Warrego River in Queensland have moved into New South Wales. The Queensland flood warning for the Warrego River has been finalised.
A moderate flood peak was recorded at Barringun late Sunday. River levels fell below the moderate flood level (3.80m) on Tuesday, with minor flooding now occurring.
A minor flood peak is estimated to have occurred at Enngonia on Tuesday.
Further downstream minor flooding is rising, with moderate flooding likely at Fords Bridge Bywash from Friday. River levels are expected to continue to slowly rise with a moderate flood peak possible around mid next week.
Warrego River (NSW):
Minor to Moderate flooding is occurring along the Warrego River (NSW).
The Warrego River at Barringun No. 2 peaked at 4.12 metres around 11:00 pm Sunday 21 April, with moderate flooding. The river level is currently at 3.65 metres and falling, with minor flooding.
The Warrego River at Barringun No. 2 may remain above the minor flood level (2.80 m) during Thursday and into Friday.
No observations are currently available for Enngonia. It is estimated that the river level peaked near 2.40 metres on Tuesday, with minor flooding.
The Warrego River at Fords Bridge Bywash is currently at 2.09 metres and rising, above the minor flood level (1.70 m).
The Warrego River at Fords Bridge Bywash is likely to exceed the moderate flood level (2.30 m) during Friday. The river level may peak near 2.70 metres around the middle of next week commencing 29th April.

MINOR FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED AT WILLARA CROSSING
Floodwaters from the upper reaches of the Paroo River in Queensland are moving slowly into New South Wales. These floodwaters are not expected to cause minor flooding along the Paroo River at Willara Crossing.
No significant rainfall has been observed across the region since March and no significant rainfall is forecast.
Paroo River (NSW):
No further flooding is expected in the Paroo River (NSW).
The Paroo River at Willara Crossing is currently at 0.48 metres and steady, below the minor flood level (0.70 m).
