RIVER LEVELS EASING AT HEBEL
No significant rainfall has been observed across the catchment over the last four days. Rainfall is forecast across the catchment during Friday and Saturday, but no significant renewed river level rises are expected. The situation is being monitored closely and flood warnings will recommence if required.

Balonne River downstream of Beardmore Dam:
No further flooding is expected in the Balonne River downstream of Beardmore Dam and the Bokhara River.
The Bokhara River at Hebel is currently at 1.00 metres and falling slowly.
The Bokhara River at Hebel is likely to fall below the minor flood level (1.00 m) Thursday afternoon.

Initial Minor Flood Warning For The Paroo River (Nsw)

MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT WILLARA CROSSING EARLY NEXT WEEK
Floodwaters from the Paroo River in Queensland are expected to reach New South Wales later this week, with minor flooding possible at Willara Crossing from early next week.

Paroo River (NSW):
Minor flooding may occur along the Paroo River (NSW).

The Paroo River at Willara Crossing may reach 1.00 metres around mid next week, with minor flooding. Further rises are possible.

Flood Safety Advice:
In life threatening emergencies, call 000 (triple zero) immediately. If you require rescue, assistance to evacuate or other emergency help, ring NSW SES on 132 500.
Avoid drowning. Stay out of rising water, seek refuge in the highest available place.
Prevent damage to your vehicle. Move it under cover, away from areas likely to flood.
Avoid being swept away. Stay out of fast-flowing creeks and storm drains.
Never drive, ride or walk through flood water. Flood water can be deceptive and dangerous.}

Rainfall over the Paroo River catchment late last week has caused river rises.
Further rainfall is possible during the next few days but no significant renewed river level rises are expected.

Paroo River to Eulo:
River levels are expected to be easing along the Paroo River around Eulo.
No observations are available for the Paroo River at Eulo.

Paroo River downstream of Eulo:
River level rises are occurring around Caiwarro during Wednesday.
No observations are available for the Paroo River at Hungerford. River levels are expected to be steady.
The Paroo River at Hungerford may see river level rises later this week and may reach the minor flood level (1.00 m) by the weekend, as upstream floodwater arrives.
